This imported mare is a daughter of the great Prince Thatch (Landgestut Celle, recently deceased) whose pedigree goes back to Hyperion xx and twice includes Nasrullah xx. Prince Thatch xx was 3rd of 28 with 126.88 points (Dressage 132.04) at his Adelheidsdorf Performance Test and has continued to demonstrate his value as an improvement sire, achieving a breeding Index for Dressage of 176! Pearl was 1998 Champion Three Year Old Filly, Dressage at Devon; 1998 Champion Filly, DAD; 1998 Champion Young Horse, Dressage at Devon and 1998 USDF East Coast Breeder's Cup Champion Horse as well at 1998 Champion Hanoverian, Dressage at Devon.
